About Penactive

Penny Allan set up penactive to provide cycle training to the people of Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall.

Penactive is  Bikeability accredited for level one to three cycle training, and instructors are national standard trained.

Qualifications

Penny AllanPenny Allan BEd (Hons) is a fully qualified, Devon and Cornwall registered teacher based in Plymouth, Devon.

All instructors are CRB checked and insured.

Training is delivered to a very high standard with proper regard to Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities.
